Duties & Responsibilities:-



Ø Voucher Entry (Purchase, Sale, Journal, Bank & Cash)

Ø Checking all Vouchers

Ø Preparation of Cheques and Payment Advices

Ø Bank reconciliation

Ø Party reconciliation

Ø Maintaining Cash & Bank Books

Ø Preparation of Sales Invoices

Ø Follow up with debtors

Ø Accounts payables Activities

Ø Disbursement of salary in workers

Ø Assisting manager Accounts in Vat Return & Service Tax, Commission Calculation & Preparation of Commission Invoice.

Ø Co-operation with Sales & Purchase department

Ø Preparation of Monthly Sales Report & quarterly Sales Report.

Ø Preparation of Stock Statements.

Ø Issue of TDS Certificate, Preparation of TDS Challan & Filing Return.

Ø Preparation of other reports as required by management.
