The Client is looking for IT Help Desk Support for its Gurgaon location.
JOB DETAILS AS FOLLOWS:
EXPERIENCE: AT LEAST 6 MONTHS IN ANY INTERNATIONAL BPO (VOICE) TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
5 DAYS WORKING
TRANSPORT FACILITY PROVIDED
GOOD COMMUNICATION AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
JOINING IS IMMEDIATE
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS
• Responding to the incoming request (phone call, & electronic mail).
• Assessing the severity of the call.
• Recording all requests and responding accordingly.
• Gathering the appropriate information for the type of request.
• Informing the User of the status of an existing request, upon request.
• Logging incidents and problem through Module Tool
• Attempting query or incident resolution over phone & emails.
• Transferring and dispatching requests/escalations to the appropriate incident resolver.
• Assisting in reassignment of misdirected incidents.
• Escalating to the Helpdesk Manager as and when required.
• Informing the Helpdesk manager in case of any severity 1 incident.
• Contacting the User for further information (follow-ups for open tickets)
• Closing requests with User agreement on the stated resolution
